Choose your own Chocolate Adventure

 

Curate your own chocolate class!  We are now are offering in-person group chocolatier classes in our San Francisco-based chocolate kitchen.  Gather your closest friends and family, or organize a team-building day of chocolate making.  We offer several options such as creating chocolate covered cherries, chocolate covered caramelized hazelnuts, your own version of our rice paddies, french mendiants, french truffles, or Japanese Nama Chocolate.  Our chief chocolatier and owner, Mindy Fong, will lead the class.   Make this a memorable day of making, eating, and packaging chocolate.  
 

• Minimum participants: 5.  If you are group with less than 5 persons and would like to be on a waitlist, let us know.

• Maximum participants: 12

• Class length: 2 to 3 hours, depending on the type of chocolates you wish you create. 

• Minimum age is 13 years old. ​

• Price range per person is from $125-$150
